The Ann Arbor Jaycees are a group of engaged young professionals aged 21-40 who are passionate about making positive change in our community! Our mission is to provide personal and professional development opportunities to empower people to make positive change. We partner with several local businesses, organizations, and volunteer groups to plan and coordinate events that foster bonds between our local community and to help make Washtenaw county a great place to live! We're also friends who have a lot of fun together! Our friendships grow as we participate in community service projects, attend seminars, go to fun social events, and team up for recreational activities. The Ann Arbor Jaycees is also a leadership training organization. Much of the leadership training is accomplished through planning and participating in projects and committees. Other leadership skills are learned by serving on the Board of Directors. The Ann Arbor Jaycees is not just a local group. We're also affiliated with JCI Michigan, JCI USA, and Junior Chamber International. These organizations provide additional events and ways to get involved. Come join tomorrow's leaders in action today!
Social events, community impact, leadership opportunities, professional development, friendship and so much more!
With a focus on making positive change, our members volunteer with community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Michigan Foster Care Closet, Ann Arbor Pride and more!
