Many Ann Arbor Jaycees spent the first weekend in May at Boyne Mountain Resort for the Michigan Jaycees First Quarter 2010 Convention. We had a fantastic time and celebrated our first quarter accomplishments with fellow Jaycees from around the state. Your hardwork and dedication to this chapter and your community did not go unnoticed. We were recognized for the following accomplishments:

1st Place - Parade of Chapters goes to ANN ARBOR!!

The Parade of Chapters is a checklist that an active chapter uses to ensure they are well-rounded and doing all the necessary things to be a successful chapter. I�m very proud of our accomplishments and the impact we made First Quarter. I have no doubt that we will continue to do impressive things throughout the rest of 2010!

With the warm weather and summer months upon us, there are many signature projects ahead for the Ann Arbor Jaycees. The above accomplishments could not have been achieved without the help of every Ann Arbor Jaycee working together. We need each of you to take your excitement and dedication to this chapter and help with these great projects over the next couple of months: Taste of Ann Arbor, Relay for Life, 4th of July Parade and Parade activities, Rolling Sculpture Car Show, Carnival and Art Fair Ice Sales. Don�t forgot to indulge yourself by learning to bake, learning a new dance, attending a summertime concert and rooting on the Kickball team to a win or a winning season this year!! N.O.W. is the Time to continue making the Ann Arbor Jaycees an exciting, successful and FUN chapter!
